Boxing Therapy

In boxing therapy, you work on your resilience and self-confidence. You can adjust the intensity to your own wishes so that you will never go beyond your own limits. By boxing you become more aware of everything that is happening in and around your body. Boxing unleashes emotions!

During boxing you use your whole body: nothing is excluded. You learn how to move and feel where your strength comes from. It doesn’t just come from your arm; you need a lot more. You also learn to make sound, because without sound and good breathing it is difficult to give something.
